Week 8: Wrap-Up
While it may be the last week of our #CreateARipple campaign, it’s just the beginning of learning how to thrive. Continue to seek ways to increase your self-awareness, practice self-care and mindfulness, foster healthy relationships and find purpose in your daily life. Everyday we have the opportunity to create a ripple - go makes some waves!

Remember that when it comes to being a resilient person, progress, not perfection, is the goal. As long as we are willing to practice the tools of resilience that have been introduced and strive to be a healthier and happier person, we’ve done it! Just keep plugging away friends, because eventually some of this will start to come naturally!

Imagine that it’s three years from now. Who do you want to be on the other side of this? Write your current self a letter with some encouragement from that future place in time. What will you wish you had done now? Give your present self the advice your future self would want you to have.
